COLOUR: Pale light yellow colour with typical crisp and delicate perlage
AROMAS: Complex bouquet with fruity notes of peach, green apple with scents of acacia and lilac
PALATE: Fresh and light on the palate, with balanced acidity and body; harmonic with a long persistent aftertaste
VINIFICATION:
The gently pressed juice is cold decanted in stainless steel tanks. Clean juice is then separated and fermented with selected yeasts at a constant temperature of 18°C for 8 to 10 days. After a period of storage, the winemaker blends different wines to create the Prosecco Spumante base cuvée. The base wine is filtered and mixed with sugar and selected yeasts for a second fermentation using the Martinotti-Charmat method in a pressure tank at 14-15°C. Once the wine reaches the required pressure, alcohol, and sugar levels, it is refrigerated, cold stabilized (-2/-3°C), filtered, and checked before bottling.

Yes. Get your order in before 1pm and we'll deliver same-day by 9pm (max).
When can my items be delivered?
Orders received after 1pm will be delivered the next day. For Saturday orders, please place your order by end of day Friday, we will deliver the next day. Please note we don't offer delivery on Sundays or public holidays.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or unusable, we're happy to accept returns. Simply give our customer service team a call within 24 hours of delivery and we'll take care of the rest. We'll make sure that you receive a replacement or a refund for the damaged product as soon as possible.
However, please note that we are unable to accept returns if you change your mind or simply decide that you no longer want the items you've received. How much is the delivery?
We're pleased to offer FREE delivery for all orders over $150! That means you can enjoy the convenience of shopping with us from the comfort of your own home, without having to worry about any additional delivery charges.
For orders under $150, we charge a small delivery fee of $15 for 1 day delivery and $18 for same day delivery. We believe this is a fair and affordable price that allows us to continue providing our customers with exceptional service and high-quality products.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, and you may have ordered the wrong wine or made a mistake with your order.
If you realized that you've made an error with your order, simply reach out to us via email, phone or live chat (email info@theloosemoose.com.sg or call +65 94384090) as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that exchanges are only available before delivery. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us before the cut-off time at 12:50pm. If you cancel your order before the cut-off time, we'll be happy to refund your order, minus a cancellation fee of $15. However, if your order has already been dispatched for delivery, a cancellation fee of $20 will apply.
Can I do self-collection?
Unfortunately no, as our products are all stored in a secured warehouse with minimum supervision, self-collection will not be possible.
