How do I make a purchase on The Loose Moose?


To get started, all you have to do is add your desired beverages to your online basket. Once you've made your selections, simply click on the shopping cart icon located in the top right corner of your screen. From there, you'll be able to review the items you've chosen and make any necessary adjustments.

When you're ready to checkout, you'll be prompted to accept our terms and conditions before filling in your contact details, including your delivery address, telephone number, and name. We'll also need your credit card information to process your payment securely.

Once you've completed these steps, you can sit back and relax while we take care of the rest. Our team will quickly dispatch your order and have it delivered straight to your doorstep.

Can I order without a limit?

When it comes to satisfying your thirst, we believe there should be no limits. That's why we're proud to offer a wide selection of delicious drinks for you to choose from - with no restrictions on how much you can order.

We accept all American Express, Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards through STRIPE. We also accept payment through Paypal and many more options

What is the return policy?

At The Loose Moose, we take great pride in offering only the best quality alcohol brands. When you place an order with us, you can trust that you'll receive exactly what you expect – high-quality products that you'll love.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or unusable, we're happy to accept returns. Simply give our customer service team a call within 24 hours of delivery and we'll take care of the rest. We'll make sure that you receive a replacement or a refund for the damaged product as soon as possible.

However, please note that we are unable to accept returns if you change your mind or simply decide that you no longer want the items you've received. We stand behind the quality of our products and believe that you'll be satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. We're always here to help!

How much is the delivery?

For orders under $150, we charge a small delivery fee of $20 for 1 day delivery and $25 for same day delivery. We believe this is a fair and affordable price that allows us to continue providing our customers with exceptional service and high-quality products.

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, and you may have ordered the wrong wine or made a mistake with your order. 

If you realized that you've made an error with your order, simply reach out to us via email, phone or live chat (email support@theloosemoose.com.sg or call +65 9438-4090) as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that exchanges are only available before delivery. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us before the cut-off time at 9am. If you cancel your order before the cut-off time, we'll be happy to refund your order, minus a cancellation fee of $25. However, if your order has already been dispatched for delivery, a cancellation fee of $50 will apply.

When can my items be delivered?

Your can pick your preferred delivery date and time. Please note we don't offer delivery on Sundays or public holidays. 

Can I do self collection?

Unfortunately no, as our products are all stored in a secured warehouse with minimum supervision, self collection will not be possible.
