Two of our favourite things in one bottle. When we got news that the rules of Prosecco DOC would allow for a Rosé version we got very very excited. The Glera grape making the infamous Prosecco DOC alongside the staple of all the best Rosés – Pinot Noir. The combination makes for a lovely refreshing, light sparkling Rosé wine.

VINIFICATION:
The blend of Glera and Pinot Noir (up to a max of 15%), skilfully vinified by our team of oenologist, creates the characteristic pink base for the future sparkling wine. Secondary fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks using the Charmat method at a controlled temperature (14-15°C). The wine is stored on lees for around 60 days, resulting in a vibrant sparkling wine with youthful flavours. After reaching the desired pressure, alcohol, and sugar levels, the wine is chilled, cold stabilized (-2/-3°C), filtered, and checked before bottling.
